Me and my girlfriend enjoyed a pre-birthday burger. Both our burgers were great. Waitress was great as well. Loved the fries.
Terrible management personnel - As a Hospitality Staffing Professional for over 31 years, I have seen quite a bit - This group ranks as some of the worst. As I sat having dinner, I watched as the female manager berating her staff in front of patrons, rude when I asked her for a refill and dirty looks to people - MAYBE she was having a bad day? Not sure but the overall attitude to people in general was atrocious. Good for me as I now have an place to recruit from!!!!
Loved the food
The visit was a disappointment. The fries were just too salty and the burger was pretty much inedible. One and done!
Worst dinner and service ever. Appetizer got delivered to table with NO napkins or utensils. 2 black and blue burgers were so greasy, yes greasy NOT juicy, that the grease ran down our faces and hands when we bit into them. The buns were saturated with grease and the plates and fries covered also. Been eating at Red Robin’s for over 10 years and never have experienced such grease and poor food quality and service. The service was amazing the food was horrible they brought out one of the burgers in correctly. So I waited for them to fix the burger problem which required them to make a new one so mine sat there and got cold and they're overpriced and who cares if you get bottomless fries and drinks $14 for a hamburger is insanity!!!
