Jessica out waitress was the BEST!! Its hard to find good watiers/waitress now a days.. She deserves a RAISE!! Will come back. Great food and everyone ask for Jessica!!!
Everything was good with the exception of the fries that were just barely warm
This was my first time ever eating at Red Robin. I had the Cowboy burger with pepper jack cheese and side salad. Then I ate an order of broccoli and an order of fries. Great food and our server Shawn was awesome and very knowledgeable about the different items on the menu.
This is my daughter's favorite restaurant and the food is always good I will admit. But I've been really disappointed by the service lately. The last few times we've gone we've been told to wait for a table when there are tons of open tables available. Tonight when we finally sat down we still didn't get waited on for another 10-15 minutes. The waitress left a dirty appetizer plate on our table for almost the entire meal and we had to flag her down for everything including the bill which wasn't loaded to the tablet like norm... read more
They are the best try them if you don’t believe me you’ll love them
Advertised special and very short staffed. Was told 25 min wait for a party of 3. After waiting the 25 min we were told there were still 6 parties ahead of us. The hostess then blamed it on being short two cooks. Poor excuae since they were obviously short servers also. Dirty tables sat without being cleaned the entire time we waited. There was an entire section not being seated at all.
