I love this red Robin at Westfield countryside mall
While I would love to come on this post and rave about the service I received from the front, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the food. Unfortunately, the bad in this situation outweighed the good. Yes, this is a sandwich I ordered, and yes that is mold on the bread which, as you can see, I took a bite out of. While I did spit the piece of the sandwich back out, I can’t fathom how this was missed in the first place. That is not a way to run a business. One of my favorite places. I love the endless fries and the variety of food on the menu. The food is always delicious.
Restaurant was busy today so we expected to have a little bit of a wait , however after 30 minutes we politely said to our waitress that we would need it to go . She responded with she would have to see where in the ticket line our order was and offered that her orders have been taking a half hour or more . Sounded as if she was incomvienced by our request . Great place. great staff. great food
Sent the burger back twice to be cooked the way I like it. And they just couldn’t get it right. We were told they were down a cook. Which is why we didn’t get our fries before the meal like we asked.
