We dined at the Greece NY location tonight for our sons 4th Birthday. It took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive at the table. We watched those who were seated after us with a table of 10 get their drinks before us. Then our appetizers were over cooked and our entrees were cold. It wasn’t a typical busy night, so I’m not sure what the issue was. I very rarely if at all complain about my meal or service but I will I’m this review as I didn’t want to ruin my sons birthday. Love their burgers, especially whiskey river bbq. free fries, or if you want to behave theres always broccoli. the Greece branch staff very helpful, quick, polite. we usually dine early to avoid the crowds. 5 stars or at least 4.5
Love the Blue Ribbon burger. the side salad that came with it was good too.
