Had great service from Suzy who was mindful of my daughters celiacs. I was very happy and so was she. And the staff went out of her way to make her birthday special.
Megan didn't show To us she could make reasonable drinks.....multiple times.... and the food.....meh....we initially wanted outback so we settled due to them not opening till four.....separate issue. Thanks but no thanks. Maybe a different location. Not this one though
As always they never disappoint. We were celebrating my daughters sweet 16 and my waiter brought a sundae and apologize for not singing due to the lack of staff but he did give a very heartfelt wish for her to have the best birthday ever. Thank you for never disappointing.

The service was good....my burger was an 8 out 10...Garlic fries were bland and stale....I've enjoyed Red Robin, before,but,sadly,not this visit. :(
Excellent experience, food was awesome. The place was packed and I was so impressed that the staff worked together like a well oiled machine. Mall at Greece Ridge is my fav Red Robin. The food is always good there. Other Red Robins are just substandard to Greece's Red Robin. I appreciate their Red Robin Royalty Card too. We've gotten meals for just a few dollars because of it.
My burger was delicious!!! The wait for a table was reasonable for a saturday night.
