Excellent food and service!
We dined at the Greece NY location tonight for our sons 4th Birthday. It took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive at the table. We watched those who were seated after us with a table of 10 get their drinks before us. Then our appetizers were over cooked and our entrees were cold. It wasn’t a typical busy night, so I’m not sure what the issue was. I very rarely if at all complain about my meal or service but I will I’m this review as I didn’t want to ruin my sons birthday. I showed up at the last minute, after work, starving! I could tell it was just about closing time, but I took a chance. I was greeted by a server and the manager who kindly said that I could make a to-go order. I didn’t know what to expect, under the circumstances, but was pleasantly surprised!! We had very good service!
I've ordered to go many times but the last few times have been horrible. I called to order they said it would take 18 minutes. I came in 20 minutes. I waited for another 15 minutes just to get a burger that's not even cooked. I called and spoke to the manager I'm not thrilled about having to drive back. Due to having to drive back I asked for a refund. He said he will have another one made but after tonight I'm no longer coming here. Get better staff, serve customers in a timely manner and please COOK your food!
