Great experience today for lunch. Friendly server, clean facility even during a very busy Halloween, Saturday..food was cooked to order & yummy.
Food was good, but server never check on us to see how food was until we were almost done. Had to ask for silverware and napkins

just a sub par service experience on Thursday night. had to laugh when I did the survey on the table kiosk, gave a detailed review on all the deficiencies during the service experience and it just stated "thanks" at the end of it...

I showed up at the last minute, after work, starving! I could tell it was just about closing time, but I took a chance. I was greeted by a server and the manager who kindly said that I could make a to-go order. I didn’t know what to expect, under the circumstances, but was pleasantly surprised!! We had very good service!
I've ordered to go many times but the last few times have been horrible. I called to order they said it would take 18 minutes. I came in 20 minutes. I waited for another 15 minutes just to get a burger that's not even cooked. I called and spoke to the manager I'm not thrilled about having to drive back. Due to having to drive back I asked for a refund. He said he will have another one made but after tonight I'm no longer coming here. Get better staff, serve customers in a timely manner and please COOK your food!
