It was very good. The burgers and chicken was good as always. The fries were a little undercooked but the second serving of fries was much better. For future reference children do not like apples left under a heat light
The server was very good and attentive. But my mother's burger was overcooked twice and she wanted her lettuce and tomato on a side plate but came on burger. Staff needs to pay more attention to customers wishes.
Horrendous service, lotta staff wandering around aimlessly but couldn't get anyone to actually wait on me. Walked out after 10 minutes. Avoid this place if you're out for some food and you actually want to..ya know...eat!
Horrible experience my wife and I had. Notified the company responded with someone will get in contact within 48 hours, now 4 days later nothing I'm a frequent cust. But now I know how they treat their cust and will now refuse to eat there. Food cold, messed up on both drinks. Bad server never asked how the food was to give us a opportunity to voice our opinion. That's just the tip of it all. By #redrobin

Don't go here if you have a party of over 8 people!!!! Hostess lied numerous time about how long it would take, they wouldn't move tables together to make it work! We were told "we can't make people leave". while groups of 4-6 people were let in before us! terrible customer service!! We asked the hostess multiple times to sit us next to each other they refused and said "as you can see it's busy in here!" Place is a joke!
