I went in on Tuesday August 8th around 5:30pm. Our waitress never once checked on us to see if we need anything. After waiting about 25 mins to get a box and check we finally left with no box and we used the tablet to pay. So much for a nice casual dinner out. Who knows if or when I ever go back to Red Robin. I know I will not go back to that location. Time to make changes
Good food, friendly waitress, super fast service.
Had a great time here with the family. Group of 6 and we were sitted promptly. Waitress was very busy but she noticed everything we needed at our table and brought it before we even asked. Only complaint...they ran out of crayons. Grandson was not happy. Food was good just like it always is.
The waitress was terrible. She was not attentive at all. Other people got there drinks and food before us that came in after us. She also didn't bring out our drinks at the same time. About 10 min of waiting then we all had our drinks. And she was very rude. I complained to the manager he have gave me 25% off the bill. Also the mozzarella sticks were cold and they were out of marinara sauce??? And our food was warm not hot you could tell it sat there awhile. I won't go again.
It was ok Nothing to brag about - you certainly don't get as much food as you used to that's for sure - service was mediocre as well - probably won't be back anytime soon.
Food was okay,fries could of been hotter waitress was not interested in us,had to flag her down to get a refill on our drinks which she got wrong,never got our bottomless fries.I shouldn't have tipped her but I did any way.
Yesterday was my birthday and my daughter gave me a Gift Card for your restaurant..the burgers were so good, we loved them, my sister had never been there, very happy with the service and again the food was great.
