We have always had good experience here. Very accommodating with substitutions and burgers are great. We always get water with lemon or lime 'cause we stopped drinking soda. And since we're trying to be healthier we get unlimited salad instead of their amazing fries. Plus you get a free burger every year in your birthday month; additionally every 10th burger is free their rewards program. Don't understand the poor reviews but I suppose every place can have a bad day now and then. We like it.

Red Robin is my favorite restaurant of all time. Period.
I like it but sometimes you have to wait longer then u think.
I am a HUGE fan of Red Robin. I would eat there everyday if i could BUT today was a little different. After waiting a hour for our food the food was cold. It really made me wonder why I loved it so much? After informing the manger of our issues he without any hesitation apologized and corrected them and took care of our bill. WAY TO GO RED ROBIN! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK
Good food. Burgers were nice and juicy. Very tasty. Fries could have been better.
