Bad experience here last night I'm very disappointed. Our waitress took our order then vanished. After getting our drinks we waited 30 minutes for our appetizer then another 15 for our burgers. We didn't get to take advantage of the bottomless beverage or bottomless fries because we had tickets to the movies and didn't plan on sitting at red robin for over an hour without adequate service. Excellent service, food was delicious and came out quick! Server was very attentive and pleasant. Great experience.
Lots of good choices on the menu. I LOVED the crispy chicken salad!!! Definitely will get it again!
The food is really good, however my chili cheese fries and hamburger came to the table cold. When the waitress finally got around to her table she said she could replace it but I declined.
Third time is not a charm. Bad service, cold food and incorrect orders. Not once, not twice, but three times. Worst part is we love the menu. Really wish the Henrietta location could get their shit together!!
