Great Burgers � and yummy Fries �
Sometimes a victim of their own success during very busy hours, I nonetheless love this place. Truly custom burgers, truly custom sides. I have severe dietary restrictions, so their wide array of options make this one of the few restaurants I enjoy eating at again and again. I adore the self-checkout kiosks, as we don't have to wait for our server when we're done.
My husband and went to Red Robin yesterday after the movies we were seated. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to our table so we got up and left. Didn’t seem to be real busy but still no one came to our table don’t think we will be back.
Our food took well over an hour to be brought to us. Our server was great- he apologized over and over and brought fries. The manager came over and said “I wish I could do something for you guys but it’s not my problem”. Our server suggested to the manager to discount our bill and he said he would...but he didn’t. So our poor server went back to the manager and got our burgers subtracted. Now I remember why I havent been back here since they opened 10 years ago.
Horrible burger kings can at least cook a burger right the first time . went for father day they give my dad a under cook and cold food sent it back and the burger was still under cook i feel really bad the server did her best and the manager what a joke .

We were just there recently. Their staff is great, very attentive and friendly. Their menu is terrific too. I always look forward to eating there. Love their chicken, fries and cole slaw!! I am going back there in a couple of weeks for lunch.
Food has always been great, the service is a little slow.
