My Hamburg and fries were pretty darn good. My daughter's on the other hand was terrible. Was so loaded in the jalapeno jam that it made the bun mushy and wet and the Hamburg that they used was extremely dry.
I love their burgers, there is a great variety. I go there mostly for the garlic parmesan French fries !! If I have room, I order the Root beer float because I intend on having at least two, otherwise, I order the freckled lemonade. Yum !!
I have eaten at a bunch of the Red Robin Restaurants across the state and it has been spot on every single time. Food is great, prices reasonable and my kids LOVE IT!! Keep up the good work!
Food is always great, no matter what you get. The service this time was so so. When they have an endless side, it should not take almost 10 min for a second serving of broccoli to come out .
Usually like this place but we ordered to go and had a bad experience with the food. What really annoyed me is the fact that I contacted them via their website and never heard so much as a "sorry for your bad experience, we will try to rectify the situation for the future." Customer relations are garbage, won't be going back when there are so many other options out there.
Why do they not bring fries befor meal anymore they blaim the new gm well he sux.
We love the restaurant Especially when you have food allergies and can go to a safe dinner. Win win !!
So I order dinner tonight from Red Robin Amherst I come 15 minutes after they told me to be there and still have to wait almost 30 minutes to get cashed out while I watch my food sit there and get cold the whole time then I get home and realize they forgot my drink and part of my wife's order .
