We went for the first time in a long time we were so excited but our waitress only came once to see if we needed anything we asked her for a refill on our fries and she forgot and disnt bring them till she brought our check my son never got to get a refill on his pop because she never came back nor did she even pass by our booth. It was a little weird and it's not like it was busy we got there right at 11 we were the second table seated.Hope next time is better.
Told 45 min wait after 45 min oh 20 min more she has sat people whom came in after me I’ve been sitting here watching the hostes play on her iPhone and can hear her rude remarks she’s saying to the blonde girl with her I’m not waiting anymore thanks for wasting my time
Waited an extra 30mins for a takeout order AT the restaurant... didn't even get offered a drink while waiting. Of course got home and order was wrong ... too bad not only customer service was lacking but sad to think next time if there is we'd have to open every container and check to make sure people did their job correctly �

Went for my birthday with best friend and our kids the waitress was horrible ignored my daughter asking for more to drink added stuff on to the bill that we didn't get...had to ask for what we ordered 3 times before the waitress broyfht it to the table after we already got our food. Kids got sick and my best friend and I both were ill when we got home. I've always liked red robin and it was my friends first time there and it will be the last time that we go there!!
