RecommendedServers was great and fries were excellent. I had the double burger off red tavern menu was okay. The bigger burgers we had catered where you get to choose topics was better. Everyone who had bigger burgers loved them. Could just be me. The shrimp and fish looked good will get that next time.
our server sarah...was horrible had no.idea what kind of beer you had...my husband asked for a sample of a beer she came back it was all foam as she sets it down she says "sorry its all foam i dont know how to pour beer" he waited for both beers for at least 15 min.he asked for a FAT TIRE and she corrects him and says "oh FLAT TIRE?" IF UR gunna correct someone make sure you know the name of the beer.every part of visit sucked! will never be back after today! worst service I've ever encountered.
Ordered a prime rib sandwich dip and the sandwich was soaked. Thought the sandwich was supposed to be dipped in the au jus. I had to eat it with a fork. Not sure if the server spilled the side of au jus, plus the meat was very raw also when we asked for two refills of fries they brought us one and there was literally six fries in the basket.

Haystack double didn't look anything like the picture. very dissapointing. patties were small and very dry.
Waitress was great & food was fantastic!

our server was Alyssa and she went above And beyond the entire meal!!! she made my 3 year olds birthday lunch incredible!!!! thank you so much!
had to wait forty minutes for our food, the service was very poor, waiter very haughty and dry. when we did receive the food it was cold. it was our first time and last time. it felt as if we annoyed the waiter with questions. other customers were seated after us and received food before us. even though my son wanted to tip a quarter, I still left a $5 dollar tip. So $55 dollars wasted!
