I still like Red Robin, BUT the burgers have changed. I remember they used to be so much thicker. It seems like they use pre-made patties now and I’m not a huge fan. I do love their onion rings though and we always have a friendly server.

Horrible service my food was in a dirty bowl and falling out the sides of the basket the cheese fries come in. A waiter was behind the bar swearing about hating his job kids were around.
Our service was fine until we were waiting for another drink and more fries, sadly we did not see the waiter again for quite sometime. Eventually we were just hoping to find the waiter for a box which we did not see them again for either. Luckily you can pay using the machines so we eventually just used the machines to pay and leave. We had 8 people in our party. Ok...it was and hour wait. Then I see no one sitting outside and asked if we could sit there. Was told no because no server would help us. Really? Teacher free food day and you are not prepared? GTFOH! Then...we get seated. I see this empty row of booths. Grrrr!
I love Red Robin’s I love their burger the manager Eric is really really awesome I had my interview with Eric today he’s awesome I’m hoping I can start working their I’m a hard worker and really kind person the waitress and all the workers r really awesome
Terrible service. 40 minutes for a burnt burger and 5 fries!
