The food , atmosphere, and service are great. The only thing that is not so good is the price, it's a lil expensive for burgers and fries.

It was great service and the end of a trying day
We visited Red Robin in Rockford with our softball team and families on a Saturday evening without a lot of advance notice. They were able to accommodate us right away, we were served right away - drinks came quickly as did bottomless fries. Service was flawless and friendly, food was hot, delicious, all orders correct and no problem with separate checks. An outstanding customer experience!
While enjoying dinner with a friend I observed a gentleman in the kitchen prepping orders while chewing on a straw. I stopped eating my food and my friend had already finished his. I had notified my waiter and he went and talked with the manager. The waiter came out and apologized to me a couple of times. Never seen the manager and then also the gentleman in the back was staring at me as I walked out of the restaurant. Great food and service. Sweet potato fries are awesome!!! Totally a 5 star service and food!!
We arrived for lunch today, before noon, and it was very, very busy! Several servers had called in and they were operating with only 2 along with the soccer tournament in town. There was a wait to be seated and the staff explained the situation and apologized. We were seated after a few minutes, served by smiling staff, our food came out very quickly and was delicious! Way to go for handling a difficult situation in stellar fashion!
Burgers, endless fries, broccoli, or side salad. Love the crispy onion rings with ranch and campfire sauce. Coke is mixed just right, too. Good waitress. (Lexi)
