The burger are nasty and the service sucked and when I got food it was all cold. Never coming back here again!

The burgers and service are excellent. There were so many mushrooms on the sautéed shroom burger that they fell off. It is the best mushroom burger in Rockford.
Good food, good service, and extra icecream in the rootbeer float for the guy who took a bite of the jalapeno, which was the hottest he'd ever tasted!
We love their burgers and go there often. However today we bought gift cards and when we went to pay the bill with them we were told that we were not able to that it takes 6 to 8 hours for the gift cards to be activated. That was a little frustrating.
