My favorite burger in town...except this order. Got it to go, had a conversation with the guy I wanted it very well done (it's pink) n only lettuce on it...(had everything on it). So usually a 5, but today didn't care much for it.
The buns are so greasy and fries salty. Bit it was clean and server was nice and timely.
What in the world happend to Red Robin. Went last night for a Burger and fries, It was the worst Pub burger ever.. I will never eat your food again. Could have got something better at Md d's
Absolutely horrible service. We waited an hour and a half for our food and all they did for their screw up was comp our drinks. They messed up but really didn't care. Still tried to charge us for food we never received. Thank god my kids were amazing and didn't flip out. I will never return. Our drinks were refilled after having to remind our waitress. Had to ask for a napkin because we were never given any. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Server was great made sure we was ok asked if we needed anything.. on the other hand the cook didn't know what bottomless fries meant and my son said his burger was burnt a little to much but everything else was okay
Wish I could leave a 0 rating! Horrible management & service. Food isn't worth the headache. Lasts 2 visits have been the worst. The 1st time our food of burgers & fries took over an hour to cook. Unacceptable. Their reason was cooks called in but then our food was cold. That doesn't add up but at any rate no excuse. So we mistakenly decide to go back couple years later...WILL NEVER BE BACK! Not Happy, We were seated then ignored, they didn't ask us what we wanted to drink. After sitting there 15 minutes We got up and was going to leave, but I wanted the manager to know, it took her almost as long to come talk to us. Her reason was oh we are in the middle of a shift change. But they managed to take the order from the table 2 tables from us who came in 7 min after we were already seated.
