Good service, smiling waitresses and helpful manager.
Delicious burgers, they don't get much better than that.
I don't come to Red Robin often but each time I do I'm reminded why I don't like coming to this restaurant. The service is horrible. Especially if you are in a large group. Our waitress took our order and we never saw her again until the food arrived an hour and 15 mins later. Someone talked with a manager and wow look at that finally they decided to give us ok service.
Food was very good fast service yummy margaritas fun time
We love Red Robin in Rockford on Perryville and East State. We always ask for Mike Nelson as our server! He is absolutely the very best! An asset to the business!
