We were there today to celebrate my husband's birthday and they weren't crowded but the service was slow. My husband got his birthday sundae but they didn't sing to him. That was a little disappointing because as we were leaving they were singing to someone else.
We just waited 10 mins to be greeted by a server. It is not busy. I finally had to go ask if we had a server to get service. We have ordered our food n drinks. We have only received our drinks so far one of the cups had food floating in them from a previous customer. The manager tried to explain it "OK" it's been through the dishwasher.
Burger was raw, again. Manager asked if I wanted something else, when I replied no he asked if it was because I was turned off by the experience. Then we were ignored after the check came. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
