Love, love, love the burgers at Red Robin! I am one of those people who likes their burgers with a little pink inside and Red Robin consistently gets the cook on the burgers right. And the service is friendly.
I was not happy at all today, our waitress Alex was rude. I made a joke to my father and she comes up and goes "listen princess" I'm extremely annoyed with her and it was not right. I am never going back here again
It's the best my kids love it nothing like red robin
I went there earlier today with my daughter & 4 grandchildren. Brianne greeted us when we came in, she was friendly & courteous. Sal was our server & he was awesome. He was friendly, courteous & attentive from the get go. He brought out some fries while the children were waiting on their food, great idea. My younger grandson called him Mr. Speedy. More servers need to be like him.
red robin in orland park has the best waitress you could ever ask for. always ready to help. food is great a burger or salad fish etc. always go to red robin.

I ate at the Orland Park Il location and was very disappointed in how filthy dirty it is. We sat at the bar and was discusteted with how dirty it was. Ive ejoyed other locations, Orland Park should be shut down! Shame!
If I could give no stars I would . Worst service ever. Waitress never came with our drinks until after we were done with our food. Not once did she come and check on them. Check on the table next to us about 3 or 4 times when we called her she will pretend not to hear it. Used the tablet on the table to call her and never came. Went to complain to manager and he was just as rude. Will never return To another Red Robin Again.
Always seem to get our stuff wrong... Bolingbrook is a MUCH better location.
