I love Red Robin's menu. The Orland Park location's service is never consistent. I've had superb in the bar tables to mediocre in the main dining room. Food is always excellent though so I have no problem putting up with so-so service and leaving a smaller tip.
This was not the Red Robin I remember from a few years ago. I ordered what sounded like an absolutely delicious mushroom burger. Now I do like burgers medium rare and they only let you order pink or not pink, but I thought I'd be OK. My first one was grey, dry and I had difficulty even swallowing a bite, so I sent it back. The next one wasn't much better, and at least part of the problem was it was just a frozen burger patty. My wife's burger was better, as it was a "Tavern Burger". The good was good, but the service was slow and poor...not sure I will be back.

Great waitress. Food was average. Usually stop in 2-3 times a year. I read a lot of complaints and no response from Red Robin. Is this just for the customers knowledge that's insufficient on the other half.
Red Robin ain't what it used to be. While the service was great, the food left much to be desired. Couldn't get my burger right and I didn't want to wait for them to make a second attempt. No apology or credit can make up for a spoiled meal.

We usually visit Red Robbin in Oak Brook and I give them a rating of A+.. we were meeting up with family at the Orland Park Red Robbin at first I was very pleased , the hostess was very friendly and our waitress was excellent. Our food not so good 1. The food was cold 2. I ordered my burger Well done and even stated I would be happy with it burnt. 3. The kids meal came with 1/2 the food it was suppose to have on the plate.
