Can't go wrong with their burger it's so good and their fries are A1
Food was good but the service was terrible. Endless french fries? Not once did the waitress even come over to ask if everything was ok or at least ask if anyone needed more fries. We had to ask the busboy for napkins. Never again !
Food was great, but it was freezing cold in the restaurant. I will only visit there in the warmer months.
My Burger was the Bomb the new pay system was easy usage.
The worst service and experience I have ever had at a Red Robin. They brought out 2 of our meals first, the food was ice cold, no joke. Then 15 minutes later they brought our other orders, I had to find mustard for us. We ordered 2 of our burgers well done or no pink. Got pink not well. We ordered frie sauces, had to keep asking for them, by the time we got them we were done Asked for more fries 3 times, never got them. Couldn't get drink refills, you name it it happened. Complete crap..We had a party of 5...We wait 30 minutes & then another party of 5 that the GM apparently knows walks right in without a reservation and gets seated immediately. Completely unprofessional !!
My Mom and I decided to go to Red Robin in Orland for lunch today and were hoping for a pleasant dining experience. We had the absolute worst server imaginable. She messed up our order with the Kitchen... We knew something was wrong because we had been waiting for quite some time... probably about 45 minutes and the Manager came out to apologize for the mixup and offered us a discount on our bill. Host was rude and not hospitable. We left and went to Friday's next door. There are too many options for folks to go where they are mistreated.
My daughter and I have gluten intolerance. Your chain is known for their allergen menu so I ordered a gluten free bun with burger. Double checked the receipt as well. After eating the burger, I was told they don't have sesame seed gluten free buns (like what i just ate) and I must have been given a regular bun on accident.
