Very bad service last night... not sure if I'll ever go back
Ordered a Boca cheeseburger. It was cold when I got it so I returned it and got another one which was good. They also charged me for another one. Last time I go to Red Robin. :(
Had the WORST experience at this location today (Oak Brook, IL) between 1pm & 2pm. Very, very rude hostess with an attitude and totally unacceptable behavior. Hostess got into an argument with a guest (of ours) in front of others, I asked for a manager because the hostess behavior was irrational and she seem to be escalating. Food order was wrong, service was poor. The best burger I have ever tasted came from here.
You changed the kids menu, so there is no longer endless pasta; my kid wasn't happy about not having endless Mac & Cheese on his birthday. You now have these little tablets at the tables, where you order your food from, which translated into having a fairly unattentive waiter. Having a unattentive waiter resulted in cold food being brought to our table, which was replaced, but increased our dinner time.
