It appears the Oak Brook store is permanently closed.
Went to oak brook location , server so rude, never smiled , never asked if we needed anything , had to go to hostess for items . Will never go back ! Food was not great but service made it a miserable experience. I still regret leaving a decent tip
The restaurant in Oak Brook was practically empty and we were told that it would be a 15 minute by our hostess Jessica. When we question why she said because the cook was behind in making orders. We asked could we sit at a table while we waited for the cook to catch up the again said no, we then asked to speak to a manager who sat us at a table immediately. Thee hostess seemed annoyed and start flipping her hair in annoyance .
*sigh* as were waiting right now for her..... slow service. atleast a host was able to seat us fast. but never came to check up on us. super quiet. i get serving is hard but never have i been somewhere this slow. :/ took 5-10 minutes for the server to come to us. offered no refills or no more or BOTOMLESS fries until we were done with our meal. whats the whole point of it if it comes at the end. not to mention the next couple tables had same server waited as well. even whitnessed someone get up from their table and get her. ... read more

Love the music and the Banzai burger with gluten free bun. The freckled lemonade is the best! It's the only place I drink lemonade!
Wait time at 730 of 30 min at night on a date night Sat. Is ridiculous. When you have over 10 empty tables. ALL because management does not have enough to properly serve its customers. Maybe the 2 greaters could wait tables or better yet the manager should.
While celebrating a birthday at Red Robin in Oak Brook, a little girl unfortunately became sick; there was projectile vomit all around the families table. The family exited quickly - the vomit remained on the floor for well over 20 minutes. I notified the front desk - a yellow caution tent was placed over/around the vomit....nobody cleaned it up. Families sitting around the sick bodily fluids were aghast. We left without eating much. I reported this to corporate - no response.
I've seen their commercials, but this is the first time I've been at a Red Robin (there are none in my area). The black & bleu burger and the garlic parmesan fries were phenomenal. I loved the fact that we could keep ordering re-fills of the fries as much as we wanted, at no additional cost. I wish they'd build one of these in my county!
