We went to oukbrook location yesterday, it was soooo dirty, everything floors tables bathrooms, can only imagine the kitchen🤮🤮🤮

Worst service ever. First 1 of burgers were wrong, then we were forgot about. It wasn't even busy.
This is the best Red Robin in town! My family goes here all the time. Food is good, service is great. We know several of the staff. They are always asking if we want more bottomless fries, water or beverage to drink. Never disappointed. Always satisfied!!! Thank you to the Oak Brook Red Robin!!
The Oakbrook, IL location is the absolute worst. They have horrible customer service and the order is never right. The hostess has the personality of wet paint and I have issues every time I go. Hate it! Will never go back.
We waited at least thirty minutes to be seated the restaurant was empty. Once seated took the waiter fifteen minutes to serve pop and water. We have ate at the Bolingbrook location and service was great. Will never go to this Red Robin no time soon.
