The price of admission is the tower of rings. Best rings ever!
Oakbrook’s location horribly under staffed. Waitress asked if we wanted our drinks refilled and then never returned. Our son had bottomless Mac and cheese and waited over 20 min. for our waitress to return to ask for another helping,finally decided we had enough. She never returned and we left. This isn’t the first time at this location we have had issues.
Waited 15-20 min for an appetizer, then another 25 for burgers (making it a total 45 min wait for the burgers) so we walked out! Manager apologized after the app and comped our app and drinks but then to wait 45 min for our burgers there were no excuses!
I was actually pretty disappointed. The server we had was good. However, they seated us in a section where every other table had children. It was so loud we had to be asked to move. I ordered my favorite on the menu and it was not like it used to be. This had happened once before, but thought I would give it another chance hoping the last time was just a fluke. It wasn’t. The quality of the food has gone downhill. 30. For 2 burgers and one pop is too much if it’s not good. I won’t be going back.
Horrible! Manager had to took our order and asked a waiter for a refill of fries. That was the extent of our interaction. Place wasn't even all that busy. No one asked how everything was, asked if we wanted refills nor if we wanted dessert. Nothing. Will never come to this Red Robin again
Could have been a five star ⭐️ review except for the guy who decided to sit across from us with no shoes on and his feet up in the booth seat. #noclass
