Came here today with my fiancé, I asked if the root beer float was actually endless to get a look of disgust from the bartender/waitress so I felt like I couldn't get that drink if I wanted it without it being some kind of problem. She made us feel rushed, the soup was wrong and cold, that was fixed. And the cheese for our appetizer was basically water with a hint of flavor. We love this place and never had any problems until today which was very disappointing for us.
Got seated immediately, however no one came to get our order. After 15 minutes, I asked the fellow seating us that we were still waiting for service, he acknowledged us but after 10 more minutes - no one came. The table was waited on behind us whom the people came in 10 minutes after us. I told the manager about this and he apologized, we left and went to a better place and got great service.
