Because they mess up our order every time we go. Someone ends up sitting at the table without their meal while everyone else eats. Then the rest of the crew is finished and waiting for the lone person to eat. It’s super frustrating. Especially when it’s my child who’s super hungry!
Worst experience ever!! Got a large Togo order for work and it was ice cold when we got it! Bartender and manager was rude! They forgot our sides, put lump of garlic on our fries! There were beans in our hot sauce! Hair in our fries! To top it all off they did not understand the concept of splitting the check. They charged one of our cards twice and then didn't even give us a pen to sign. I would recommend not to ever get take out from them!! First ones in the door today, seated by manager. We waited and no server. Every other person in after us got waited on. Ask to see the manager Chris and he had no response! Very sad management skills.
It was very good. And we had fun.
Our waiter was the best and he had excellent customer service friendly and made you feel welcome! I think his name was Joe! The burger was excellent as well! the fries was good and the atmosphere was great! The burger was top of the line... One of the best Red Robin's that I have been to considering when I travel if there's a Red Robin I will eat there! Keep up the great work!
Ordinarily I like Red Robin very much, but didn’t have a very good experience on Sunday in Pittsburgh at South Hills Village. The sweet potato fries were ice cold and looked like they had been sitting around for awhile. My husband’s burger was also cold. We had onion rings for appetizer, and they never cleared the plates off the table. I must say, my burger was very good. Everyone else enjoyed their dinner. Love Red Robin. Most locations are great. The South Hills Village location has problems. Floors and window sills are very dirty. Service is mediocre at best. Greeters are not friendly and at times are rude.. Food is good as others locations. New routine of only giving you 10 french fries not a good idea. Never was asked if we wanted more fries until we were finished eating. Will return to the Waterfront and Settlers Ridge locations. South Hills village is a big NO GO!!! Not up to the caliber of the rest of the mall.
