Worst experience ever at a Red Robin !! Server was great , burgers not cooked when asked for it to be well done , appetizer was cold , fries had minced garlic smothered with greasy fries! The best part walked past kitchen and burgers were coming out conveyer belt that is used to toast buns .. �... The acting manager needs fired, no management skills at all !!! Will not return till they hire new manager and cooks
My son had to write a letter to his favorite restaurant for school. He chose Red Robbin and specifically South hills Village Red Robbin. Today at school he received a letter and a package from SHV Red Robbin. He was so thrilled. The letter, fun merch and gift card made his day. He said he want to treat me to Red Robbin for mothers day. I can't say thank you enough. You guys are the best. Makes my heart smile!!
For an economical dinner after shopping at South Hills village this is our go to place. Great char grilled burgers that are really cheesy n bottomless fries! Love the food..... service was so so to bad 👎🏻😆. Waitress got my daughters burger wrong , my order wrong , was a TURTLE bringing more fries n rung up the bill WRONG!! Oh well. Will still stop in again next shopping trip.....😜
