Best burgers I’ve ever had. And the service was amazing
People who arrived after us were served their appetizer, which they finished, and then their entrees, before our food arrived. If there was a mistake or problem in the kitchen it should have been explained to us and some kind of compensation made. Our children were very very hungry! When are food finally did it arrive it was cold and we had no silverware or napkins. They finally brought my husband and I silverware and napkins but never did bring it for the children. First time at Red Robin, only real complaint was I was given a menu that was in Spanish...hmmmm....but our hamburgers were delicious 😋...
We stopped in at about 10:30pm on a Saturday evening. The food was cold, they were rushing us to finish. We ordered mushrooms very small portions we were told they were out of them so that's what they served. Later the manager said that's the mushrooms are like now. Totally poor experience.
First, the food was awesome! Second, the game thingy, that I paid $1.99, for kept my children totally engaged and was totally worth it! Finally, our waitress Crystal was there for our every want and need and was very personable! We’ll be back!
