Service is slow. Waited almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. Asked for a table. Hostess wanted to seat us in a booth. Was not happy when we told her we wanted a table. When ever we eat here it takes forever to get refills on fries and fruit. Even if we order more when the food is served. Almost always we are finished with all other food whem refills arrive.
We have gone to Red Robin since they opened. Never had a problem until today. We waited 20 minutes witch isn't a big deal to me. We were told the wait would be 10 minutes. Still all of this is fine, but we watched 5 other groups leave because there were 14 open tables. All tables were cleared off and ready for seating. They continued to tell people it's a 10 minute wait. We left ever we asked the Manager at the podium what the wait was all about she said" there were large party's. Had the soup and California wrap lunch combo, it was good
My mom and I have been here with no issues but today was absolutely horrible! We ordered out drinks from one girl, placed our food order with another who seemed to be highly in a rush and then it took OVER 30 minutes for us to actually get out food. This was ridiculous! Never have I had to wait this long for food from here...even during a peak dinner rush.
Stopped by after long day of work with my wife and two kids. Had an awesome waitress by the name of Sydney. I don't think any of the four of us were ever left with an empty cup or plate, that's how good she was. All our food was excellent, and my kids who we normally have to fight to get them to eat, ate their meals in full and then some. Will def be back.

Several months ago, I contacted RR to complain about the temp of sweet potato fries. Ours are always cool to the touch when served. (However a refill is always hot.) At that time, I was assured that this issue was being resolved, even as we spoke...ha! We returned to RR again last night...imagine our surprise (NOT) when we were served, yet again....cooled-off sweet potato fries. What is so difficult about serving them when they are still hot!!! I recently discovered I have a gluten intolerance. I have not been able to find a gluten free roll I liked until today! The gluten free roll was the best! I should have asked if I could get a roll to go.
