Well my husband and I were newbies at Ted robin and let me tell you , first the waiter starts off by telling us his name then said to us he has been tree 12 hrs and when we asked if there burgers were fresh r frozen they said fresh well they were not fresh . Then try tell you you can eat all the fries you want well that's because they bring you only 10 in a silver holding cup with maybe 10 in them . Service is so slow to get food and the food was like not hot.
Can you rate in the negative? This place has horrible service! Always need to wait 45+ minutes for food. The same servers are always standing at the bar talking to patrons rather than working. Never ever go here!!

Waited 45 minutes after we ordered and still no food. The waitress didn't check on us, apologize, or bring us another drink. Walked out and saw 5-6 employees standing and chatting. Go to five guys. Faster service and great burgers.
They ask how you want your burger cooked, and a medium reply is accepted. Burger comes out close to well done and they tell you choice is pink or no pink!? Been here several times, never had a meal that wasn't screwed up - forget to bring appetizer, server is inattentive, burgers alway over cooked. Go to Five Guys, it's right near them, and cheaper.
The girls at the counter are rude!! Trying to act like I'm dumb telling me they call our name when we are not even 3 feet away then she tells me check your phone pulled out my phone no message she said you gave the wrong number I said let me see the number yup my number no message get manager now he can seat us told Alex from Exeter no Thank you taking this to Corp
