I went with my son for dinner and we had a great experience. Our waitress was great. They made another milkshake by mistake and they gave it to me. She was right on top of everything that we needed. My son even enjoyed himself and that is something there. Thank you for the great service!
Used to be a good place,waited 15 minutes for a table last night,I counted at least 12 empty tables,there was like 5 people ahead of us,what's the hold up?? We got mushroom burgers,edible,not great,had about 9 fries on the plate,Luke warm,endless fries?,yeah,if you want to wait another 20 minutes?? I haven't been to Ref Robin in years. This past Friday night my two sons and I decided to go there for some yummy burgers and fries. Huge mistake. The service was slow, our waitress was busy with too many tables that she actually told us that the kiosk on the table was a better way to order, drinks were forgotten and the list goes on and on. I went to this location for lunch and my server was Dylan. Very friendly, very nice person. Monitored when my drink levels were low, speedy on the 2nd request for fries and ensured my food met my expectation. I would return to this location.
