Come on Red Robin!! We ordered the ensalada chicken platter ( a chicken breast topped with avocado, salsa, tortilla strips and a little cheese on top of salad) we ordered online and were prompted at the end if we'd like to add a side of fries, so we did. Instead we were given a plater with a burned chicken breast and fries. None of the salad, avocado, salsa or other accompaniments. My burger was good but my husband had the Mac & cheese. He said it wasn't very hot & wasn't very good. The waiter was very good. We never see the same employees there twice.
Food was typical for a Red Robin, the place was extremely busy, were told 15 min for a table took almost 35 minutes! Once seated everything was perfect, our server was great, food came out quickly and correct was very pleased!
Love it there! Burgers are the best! And the garlic fries!
Overall it was ok. It wasn't very busy, and yet our waitress did not do an adequate job. She was polite though, when she eventually came around. They call it "bottomless" fries, but...it's like pulling teeth to get more? And when you get more, they give you a few. It's getting worse every time we go! It's a shame because I really like the fries, but it's just not worth it.
Loved the Burgers& Fries ! Came out hot and tasty.The service was good ,didn't wait long to get our food. Great Job ! We will return.
