The floor was an ice skating rink! They actually had the staff walking around with towels under their feet to try and get the GREASE off the floor. The AC was ridiculously cold, they thought it would make the floor less slippery! They ended up actually putting melting salt down! My sandwich was so soggy I could not pick it up to eat, had to use a fork and knife, we paid extra for sauce to use with our fries and the container wasn’t even 1/2 full! Very disappointed �
Cori was our server. Everything we asked for was treated as an annoyance or inconvenience. When I expressed concern that our milkshake tasted and looked like a vanilla shake rather than the caramel shake we ordered, she told us it was a caramel shake and let it at that. She was rude and unprofessional and I will never return specifically because of her. Horrible service absolutely horrible! Will not be back ever!
We had a party of 5. Took approximately 45 minutes to get a table after being told 15-30. Not a big deal, it was veterans day. Place was packed. Service was good and the food was exceptional. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Definitely would recommend.
Who knew that an order of hot wings and a simple double cheeseburger with raw onion could taste so delicious that they have to fall into a category of their own? I mean...if l were asked what l was hungry for right now, my reply wouldn't be as simplistic as, "Wings and a double cheeseburger". I'd have to be more specific with my response by saying, "Wings and a double cheeseburger from Red Robin!" It was my son's 4th birthday and they were extremely polite and sang to him and he was so Happy!
Really good food and really nice service. If you can't dine in, get their Curbside and take it home. Pleasant, attentive, always a pleasure to come back.
