had a great dinner and a fantastic server. I believe Shana was her name in Gurnee. Whenever we want a great burger this is the place to be. I love having the fried egg on my one burger.
My waiter was awesome. I hate that I can't remember his name. I believe it was Willie, but not positive. He was very attentive. He had great suggestions. He didn't try and rush me. Enjoyed my first visit.
We came in for lunch to celebrate my husbands 12year mark in the US Navy and the waitress was just lovely and the food was delicious! It did take a bit for our food to come out but the waitress was very sweet and was talking and interacting with my son ever time she came to the table to check on us which he really enjoyed! We will definitely be returning!
I don't understand why it takes the kitchen so long to get such mediocre food out to the tables. I've been to three different Red Robins now, at three different times. It's been the same every time. My son wanted to take advantage of the alleged bottomless fries. It's now been 10 minutes since we ordered another round of fries. Still not at the table. Wait. Now it's 13 minutes and no fries. We're outa here.
