Best gluten free burger! !!
Food was amazing AMD our waiter, Marcus, was funny, easy to talk to and goofy. I had a great time!
Dinner was an last minute decision. Was really surprised that my dinner, including dessert, were free because I have a Red Robin Loyalty Card. Pretty cool!

Over 45 min to be seated only to have to wait another 20 min to order our food. So tempted to just leave!
Very rude host staffing. Was told an hour for a table so decided to sit at the bar for 20-30 minutes. Go back to the front of the restaurant to wait for our table. The wait area starts to clear out, so I go to the podium to find out what was going on. I was told by Brandon that I was called 30 minutes ago. I was only there for a half an hour!! Brandon continued to argue with me about the situation. If I EVER get treated by host staff like this again, I will NEVER be returning to this Red Robin. No one should ever be treated ... read more

The Red Robin in Gurnee, illinois service suck. Our, service was super slow and only serviced her table drinks. We got there at 5pm and didn't get our food until 8:30pm. Which, was cold and nasty. That, we ended up taking to go. I will never eat at Red Robin again.
The burgers are so good but there steak fries even better
