Some servers are bad, but Love this place, great food, great deals. I got some problems but they fixed problems.
Was seated for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, let alone drink orders. Servers keep walking by, no one even looked at us. We pushed the service button on the table computer thing, no response. We walked out around the 15 minute mark, didn't even care.
Took my mom out to dinner at Red Robin in Gurnee, IL yesterday. This was her first time eating there and my second. Even though my first time was bad I thought I would give it another try. Anyway... our waitress was very sweet and attentive to us. Unfortunately, her hardwork was overshadowed by our food being served to us cold yet burned! Worst place ever! Went there last night and took them forever to bring out our food. When we got our food, my soup wasn't warm enough, the buffalo wings looked like the ones you buy and microwave, super dry! My kids meals 2 of them pasta- it was freezing cold, my other little one got the corn dog bites super burnt! Do not waste your money!!!
we went on Saturday night there was no wait our food was delicious i had the whiskey river wrap. Our food was served quickly and we had very nice waiter. We will definitely return when we do our holiday shopping this season!
Third time in a row where this restaurant completely messed up our order. Last time I go there. Oh and why do I need to "press one" for a to go order just so I can be transferred. ? Portillos is gonna run you out of business with service like this. Good luck.
We waited for food for about 40 minutes and when it was delivered to the table the burgers were warm and fries were cold. I also noticed several tables were receiving the wrong orders. I took my mom and son for their first Red Robin experience and it was awful. Only go here if you have time and money to waste!
Food was great but when I had to change my baby's diaper the changing table was just plan nasty you can tell they haven't cleaned it in a while dried pee and garbage on it
