I love Red Robin’s burgers and strawberry lemonade, my husband likes the mojito and yesterday he ordered a second one, and we saw the bartender chating with other employees while my husband was waiting for his drink, bad experience in Gurnee
Stopped after a shopping trip at the mall totally starving. Seated immediately, quick service, waitstaff checked on us at least 8 times for ordering and after being served. Excellent service, great food! A+
First time I was there just wanted the regular burger subsituded onion rings for the fries, then my roommate noticed the drink menu and we both ordered a Moijito for 5.99 who can pass that price up two thumbs up for me.
Waiter really never checked on us. Food was cold, prime rib dip bun was soggy. Never was asked if I wanted extra fies, mentioned the problems and they did nothing about it. Very dissapointed
Great milkshakes and onion ring stacks and mushroom burgers
First of all, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the wait staff. Our server was gracious and pleasant. The first issue was 3 of our party ordered soup. All three soups were cold. Had to send them back. Then, my son got his burger (party of 10). He was almost done with his burger by the time the rest of our food arrived. Two of the meals were cold (French Dip sandwiches). Also had to send them back. The restaurant was not super busy. Don’t understand why we had these issues.
