We eat here often, food is very good, reasonable pricess. Service is great. even when it is very busy, never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table
This was by far the worst service I have had at a restaurant in years...Courtney our waitress was the worse ever ...she only came to our table twice ....we waited on some damn burgers for almost 25 mins....when I was ready to leave of coarse here comes the manager with the food...it was cold and not a damn napkin in site ...We waited another 10 mins just for napkins and she didnt bri g them again the manager did ....we had to ask him if we could have the check ...lower and behold she brings the one who brings the check...and... read more
My son left his retainer in a napkin. He hustled back and the waitress and manager dug through the trash and found them. I'm so thankful!
By far the worst service I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Took over 15 to get a drink order. The server was no where to be found through out our whole dining time. Refills... Ha! Yeah right! Then we never got our bill. We were splitting a check and one was in cash we waited 20 min before she came back to get the cash. And that was only because she saw us giving it to the hostess. All of our first experience there and I am not sure if we will return.
Have only been to the Gurnee location and would never go again. Burger was burnt, service was slow, fries and pretzel bites were barely warm.
