RecommendedQuick service and the staff was very friendly! I like that they have vegetarian and vegan options as well as gluten free! :)
My experience was the worst... Our margaritas and drinks were warm with almost no ice... food was cold ... fries were swimming in oil... food taste was average ... burgers meat was dry... I do not recommend this location one bit.
Some time ago, Red Robin shrunk its burgers. Now it's apparently counting the number of mushrooms it puts on its mushroom burger, and it's very few! And so you don't think it was a new, untrained employee who made my burger, I learned my scanty shroom burger was made by the General Manager. Couple this with the consistently slow service over the past few years. And forget that free refill of fries...you'll never see your server to get one. My husband and I went to lunch there yesterday. The man in the front didn’t even greet us. It took 45 min to get our food and the waitress we had was actually the bartender. We asked for more fries and that took another 20 min. No apologies or anything. Very very disappointing.
Bottomless Root Beer floats!
We had an amazing server, however the manager was extremely rude to my 8 year old son. We will not be returning to this location since the manager is a horrible rude man. My son left crying because of him. My son was trying to tie his shoe so he could go and thank a table of young naval recruits for their service when the manager, John I believe, yelled at him.
The food was great. the staff was very friendly.
I have been to 4 different locations. Gurnee location has the slowest service in a none busy time.
This use to be one of my favorite burger places that like many others have lost their vision even special burgers don't taste special, and the signature onion rings we ordered the waitress came back and said they were unavailable, they were out - how does that happen poor planning, it will be awhile before I return
