I love Red Robin in Hershey but I was deeply disappointed in this location. Our server didn't know what an over-easy egg was. It took 3 tries before success. Sadly by then my lettuce was a slimy mess and the bottom of the bun was a greasy sponge.
Just left the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for a table. Once we were seated we ordered right away. We waited and waited and nothing. Finally, almost an hour later, the waiter came and told us there was an issue putting our order in. We came to Red Robin because it was our wedding anniversary and also our sons birthday. They didn't offer to help with the check or anything. Not worth the wait... or the money.
The service was horrible !!!!!!! Wait 38 mins for table after being told we had 25 min wait and then another 35 minutes till we got our food. Waitress was horrible and took forever to get anything!
