Great food!
Excellent food, atmosphere and drinks Great place for anyone!!!
My friend and I went just to grab something to eat after we got off work and our server was very rude and we could tell he did not want to be there and checked once on us and we needed more drinks and we sat at the table and counted his tips and that was it and then we still never got our drinks.
Traveling is always very difficult for me due to being gluten and dairy free. I was so glad to find out that Red Robin is very "allergy friendly". They had a great interactive menu to help you find something safe to eat. They have dedicated french fry fryers so they don't mix with their breaded items. That is the first time I've had fries at a restaurant since I discovered my wheat allergy. I knew I wouldn't hear anything back from Red Robin franchise on the extremely rude customer service my group of 42 received on Saturday . . . that's the way MOST restaurants roll these days . . .they don't have customer service. I will say though I am EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service provided to me by Friendly's and also by Isaac’s Famous Grilled Sandwiches in the past weeks. I will keep giving THEM business!!!!
If I could give 0 stars it would still be too many. Most abysmal service I have ever received. Waiter could not remember to bring anything back to our table. At 45 minutes after ordering our food I informed the manger of our displeasure. He offered to comp the meal but 15 minutes later we still has no food. I tracked down the waiter and pointed to waiting orders and asked if they were ours. They were not. We left and got sandwiches at Giant.
