We love Red Robin, however, not this location. For whatever reason it just seems like the food is better at other locations we've visited. Yesterday our food did come out quickly but our burgers were dry and the French fries were cold. This location always appears dirty too. This was our second time coming to the one in Harrisburg. We will still go to Red Robin restaurants, but definitely not this location. The Red Robin located in Hershey always has good service, is clean, and our food is always right.
I had the Marco Polo it was Delicious my husband got the smoked pepper burger he liked it and sweet potato fries were so good with their ranch sauce

Was just there yesterday... As many stated this r r has gone way down hill!!! The bar tender/ server was very in attentive and unprofessional . I had to go to the bar to get a refill of my drink. And ask for more fries. The manager just said he was sorry. Worst service I've ever had there. Will not be back there for a long while! I used to love r r. But has left a bitter taste in my mouth!
My food was good. The waitress was great . Really didn't wait a long time for our food.
I love Red Robin but this one I would not return. They need new management and cooks. The company really needs to step in and redo the staff. The food was cold and not that good here. Educate the staff on the gluten free product to as the waitress tryed to tell us that by not putting the seasoning on the fries is what made them no gluten. This is so not true. �
Quick service, great vibe, fun place to take the kids...and the food was amazing Ofcourse
We were seated quickly and our server got our drinks quickly and brought us two baskets of hot fries! Then our burgers arrived cooked to perfection! No complaints here!
