WE stopped at Red Robin on the way home today. Shay was our waitress. What a huge fun loving person. So much so that Addie & Gabe fell in love with her. We actually got to the car and they had me take them back in and get a picture with her. Not many waitresses or waiters take time to talk to the customers let alone make a dining experience fun. Shay we hope to see you again!! This little lady should get a huge promotion in the company!! Wish I could include the pictures on here.

We asked for regular burgers in the garden and got veggie burgers! We are definitely meat people. The waitress Delaney took care of it! She was so sweet and apologized multiple times. We actually thought it was quite funny! The manager was also great!
It wasn't busy at all, but we waited forever for our food. My burger was burnt and flavorless, my bun was mushy, our server only came around once the whole meal so no bottomless fries, the table wobbled so badly that the drinks almost tipped over, the sweet tea was room temperature, the Emergency Exit was blocked with extra chairs and stools, and the staff didn't seem like they gave a damn about any of it..... all very unfortunate, because we go to the one in Mechanicsburg all the time, and it's great every time!
