This location has been going down hill FAST !!! We waited well over 40 mins for our food and the restaurant was differently less the 1/2 full ... our food came out cold and when the server was told about it, she just said “ oh, I’m sorry “ and left it at that !!! Chicken fingers came out hardly warm at all ... Why did we wait over 40 mins for cold food ??? $74 later and I’ll NEVER be back to this location again !!!!!!
Prices have gone up and vegeburger has been replaced with an awful substitute.
waited over 20 minutes at our table for our waiter that never even came to take our drink order. the restaurant wasnt busy in the slightest. we ended up leaving without the staff acknowledging that we were dissatisfied or offering a solution.

-Bottomless fries are advertised, we were never even asked if we wanted fries. We then asked for some and our server said they didnt have any. -Our buns were stale. Onion rings came out cold. -All we mentioned to our server was the fries, and she gave us attitude so we didn't say more. Would definitely not recommend this Red Robin when we are in town again.

Pepper jack A1 burger was probably the best burger I’ve ever had!!
Got sat right away by myself , waited 20 min nobody came to greet me , so I asked the hostess for a manager and came back 10 minutes later and said I'm still looking for a manager. But like come on... I walked out. All the staff employed and you can't get things right.
I'm lactose intolerant so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich no cheese no mayo no butter on the bun and it came out with butter on the bun and cheese on the chicken.
