I stopped here while traveling and I would never stop at this location again. The staff was so unattentive. Anytime I asked for anything it was passed on to someone else. I had to ask 3 times for silverware. Couldn't get lemon for my water, I was told they would have to cut some. I normally like Red Robin but the food here wasn't good either. I feel they need to make major changes it they are going to stay in business.
Food was great, served by an exceptional server. 4 stars because the Men's room was disgusting, to put it nicely.
There was a wait for a table yesterday so we sat at the bar and had the most unpleasant bartender. Every time we asked for something it was like we were inconviencing her. Wasn't the best experience I've had at a Red Robin, though most Red Robin's are awesome.
My friend and I showed up at 8:20pm yesterday. We went to the bar to order to go and it took 10 minutes for the bartender to get our drinks and food order then by 9:10 pm my friend went to look for a supervisor to find out what was taking so long and it wasn't till 9:20pm that we got our food. The service was extremely poor and just very upsetting considering that the employees were more interested in talking to one another than checking on us.
Decent food and the waiter was great but what killed it for me is they seemed to have changed the milkshake tecipes and they arent as good now. Especially the cookie magic!
Took my 3 year old grandson for his 3rd birthday (he received a free kids meal and an ice cream sundae). We had an exceptionally attentive server. Food was good, this time. Other times not so much. It was also kids craft night and they enjoyed making things.
