Well I am in shock! We just tried to eat here for Logan's birthday and there's 12 of us. Red Robin will not seat 12 people on Friday Saturday or Sunday?? I told him we could split up into 4and four or six and six or whatever and she said no we will not seat 12 people we wont split you up and we won't seat you! I looked at her and said so you're telling me I cannot eat here she said that's right! Of course I was loud and Diane was very quiet and said that's not very good customer service! It is a good restaurant, not too bad of a wait depending on what time you get there. Not a real wheelchair friendly restaurant. Depending on what mood the server is in, is how your drinks will get refilled. Most experiences there have been pleasant.
