Horrible service. I've ate in a ton of these restaurants and this one was the worst. Meal started with burnt fries, that followed with 15 minutes for a chocolate milk, then followed by no sauces brought with our food and no silverware for the kids mac and cheese. Then when refill ordered waited over 15 minutes and finally left without refill. Complained to fake manager and absolutely no resolve nor care. Customer service here is horrible. So we are getting takeout for 5 and I go to pick it up. Normally I'd sit at the bar and get a drink or two while I wait for the order. Instead I am directed back to the waiting area where I can talk to the "takeout specialist." There was one person sitting at the bar at the time (So 9 open seats). I am able to sit at the bar and get a drink and appetizer when waiting for takeout at Milanos. And at Larosas. And at the Wellington Grill. Burger was ok. Had to wait on the bar an extraordinarily long time. This is the second visit in a row that this was the experience. Waitress was good and attentive. Onions rings ok. Fries ok. Time to get the meal was acceptable. Nothing that really stood out as outstanding, but acceptable....although I started to get irritated and had to ask when I would get my beer.
Good food , great Speckled Lemonade and you get a free Sea Salt grinder with every paid food bill !!!
Service was excellent but the burger was average. Steak Fries were ok, but nothing special. Raspberry Lemonade was delicious. Best part was the service for sure.
Root beer float is so good and bottomless Had the crunchy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing which is very good also
